Mark completed his Personal Financial Planning coursework at Southern Methodist University in Dallas, TX and earned his Undergraduate degree in business from St. Bonaventure University in western New York.
As a father of two daughters, Mark learned how complicated and emotional it is in helping choose and pay for a child’s education. Although, he had 25 plus years in Financial Services and a wife who worked in College Admissions, he came to a greater understanding of the impact sending your children has on your overall financial health. Most advisors typically think college planning is only a savings issue with a 529 plan or similar as the method to accomplish your goal, but Mark has learned it is much more and wanted to share his knowledge.

Originally from just outside New York City, Mark has been a North Carolina resident since 2014 after living in Barrington, Rhode Island and Dallas, TX. He lives in Wakefield Plantation in North Raleigh near Wake Forest. Mark is active member of the North Raleigh/Wake Forest Community and is an active member of the WakeField Rotary Club of Wake Forest. The Club focuses on community activities to help the youth in the community. We help the local YMCA, Boys and Girls Club and other community orgnanizations. He is happy to be here as his wife grew up in NC and has family in Morehead City and Beaufort.
